Yes! GoldenBoot works completely offline. All data is stored locally on your device, so you can track statistics anytime, anywhere — no internet required during matches. The only feature that requires internet is the Live Scoreboard, which pushes updates to a web page for remote viewers.
Yes. With a Premium subscription, iCloud sync keeps your data backed up and synced across all your devices automatically. You can also create manual backup files at any time. The app reminds you every 30 days to back up.

Yes. GoldenBoot supports batch player import from CSV and text files. Go to Settings → Import Players. You can import names, jersey numbers, positions, grades, and tags all at once. See Player Management for details.
Yes. With Premium, you can create multiple teams and seasons to organize your matches. Filter reports by season or team to view specific breakdowns.
Yes. Each player has an optional nickname field. When set, the nickname displays in Touchline mode instead of the auto-abbreviated name. Set nicknames in Players → Edit Player → Nickname.
Yes, you can always go back and edit match data. Select the match from your matches list and tap Edit to make changes.
GoldenBoot tracks goals, assists, shots, shots on target, corner kicks, free kicks, penalty kicks, offsides, cards, minutes played, and more. Goalkeepers have additional stats like saves, clean sheets, and distribution. You can also track opponent set pieces.

Yes. Tap Notes in the Touchline HUD to open a text editor. Notes save automatically and are stored with the match. View them later in Match Detail.

Yes. The link is generated as soon as you toggle Live Scoreboard on during pregame setup. Share it with your parent group chat before kickoff.
Yes. The clock ticks in real time on the web page. When you pause the clock in the app, it pauses on the scoreboard too.
